Bangalore weather atlast made me kick start my morning jogging, I always wanted to go for jogging but stray dogs kept me away from doing so, but here in Bangalore, thou there are many stray dogs since they are used to morning joggers, it was pretty safe enough. Jogging is really rejuvenating. Getting up early morning, getting ready and starting the jog was pretty tough,since it is the Day one, hopefully i get used to it.

Along with my friends i jogged for almost 3-4 kms, planning to increase the distance gradually and today we started at 7, I know, that is not early morning ;) , from tomorrow we are planning to start by 6. No Rains plssss.

Jogging is not only good for health, but it helps a lot it grooming you mentally, you feel more stronger and better, every work out does so. After the run, I was damm hungry, after a long time i actually sweated a lot :)

We need to find a better place for jogging, may be some garden or lake-side, will check out Google Maps after this.
