TAARE ZAMEEN PAR - Aamir Khan Movie for everyone of us

Yesterday night, after a long tiring day when i was just about to hit the bed, I thought I would see this movie Taare Zameen Par. But I was too lazy to get up switch on the system, but the movie reviews somehow made me to start. The movie started with a small boy fishing in the school side drainage, first i thought this movie will be about a mentally retarded kid and thats why it has created so much hype.But it wasn’t.

Hats off to Aamir Khan, no one else would have allowed a small kid to steal the show from them. I cried, I hardly get tears watching a movie, this film moved me a lot, really a lot. It is really a brilliant piece of work by him as a direction debut. In the climax, when the principal announces the art fair results, he will say that “The sishya has defeated his Guru”, that is true and that is the movie. Aamir khan’s role in the movie is something which will inspire everyone’s heart.

Take Rang de Basanti for example, the character DJ / Chandrashekhar Azad, everyone would have got a great level of inspiration, but ofcourse they cant live like that in today’s world. It is impossible, thou the level of inspiration was high, when comes to living it fails. But here he has shown a way for everyone, Ram Shankar Nikumbh is not a super hero or a macho man,he is a very normal person and the difference he made is what that counts and the main thing to be noted is EVERYONE OF US CAN MAKE THAT DIFFERENCE.

It is not charity, where you go and pay something(sometimes for a deduction under 80C), this is something more than that, it is a commitment, something which makes your life more meaning ful. Money is not everything, when i was in college, we had a small group called Helping Hands, we will visit orphanages and homes, we use to ask the management what you want from us, thou they are in need of money, all they ask is, TIME, Just spend time with our kids, teach them what you can rather than giving what you have earned, that will make them better.Money keeps pooling in from various resources, but at the end of it they are still dependants and orphans.

That too these kind of kids, thou they have everything around, they are not living their life to the full, something is missing and We can fill that missing part. It doesn’t take much.
