I am not pretty sure, but today, I noticed a change, Usually the images will be displayed with the URLs, but now, only images are displayed with their name below and once if you move your mouse over that, Div appears rendering the info about the image including the size, resolutions, URL etc.

This is actually nice, it gives more of a desktop feel to the users.kool feature. :)

Hey that’s cool, I didn’t notice that before. I think it looks better too… it is less cluttered this way, because you only see the URL when you are about to click the image.

that is so UNcool, guys :(
i work with images, and often use google images to search images with some exact size or from some pages – before i could see that valuable info for all images in split second, but now i have to move my mouse over all of them – wtf, it’s so un-usable!!!!…

even me thinks its a cheap gimmick. The earlier version was better.

yeah, its terrible… and what about being able to see the hosts of all of the images? often times youll get an image not found for sites that no longer exist , now there is no easy way to just ignore many image results of the bad host.

I do not like this change. I have to find lots of good quality and high rez images for my work. Now I have to move cursor on each image to know it’s size and url information. That is extra work for me.
Now I want to know only how I can turn off this settings.
